Every piece is made entirely by hand by our skilled candy artisans, combining creativity, colour, and flavour to craft edible works of art. For customized lollipops, Sticky requires a minimum of 200 pieces.
For “Kissy Lip Lollipops” custom colours, MOQ is 100 pieces.

We can provide digital mock-ups of your custom design for approval before production begins. Physical samples may be arranged for large corporate or bulk orders on request. This ensures you’re happy with the design before we start handcrafting your candy.

Most of our handmade designs do not require moulds, but complex or intricate custom designs may incur a one-time setup fee. This covers the extra time and preparation needed to bring your unique design to life. We will always inform you of any setup fees during the quotation stage.

Our minimum order quantities help ensure consistent quality and cost-efficiency for handmade candy. However, for special occasions or urgent needs, we may be able to produce smaller batches at a premium. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Yes, we offer discounted pricing for large or recurring orders. If you are planning an event or would like to carry our products as part of your retail offering, reach out to us for a customised wholesale quotation.

Local orders within Singapore typically take 2–4 working days after production is complete. International shipping times vary by destination, usually 7–14 working days. We’ll provide estimated delivery dates when you confirm your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking number and courier details so you can monitor your shipment’s progress online.

Yes, you are welcome to supply your own packaging or branded materials. We will work with you to pack the candy in your provided packaging, as long as it is food-safe and suitable for our products. Please share your packaging details with us before production.

All of our candy is individually sealed in food-grade packaging to preserve freshness and prevent damage during transport. We use airtight bags and secure jars or boxes depending on the packaging option you select.

All our products are handmade in a clean, food-safe environment and produced using high-quality ingredients from trusted suppliers. We comply with local food safety regulations in Singapore and can provide ingredient and allergen information on request.

Because our candy is perishable and custom-made, we are unable to accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

We usually recommend about 30 – 50 grams of candy per guest for events, or 1 – 2 lollipops per person as a party favour. Our team can help you calculate exact quantities based on your event size.
